Historic "Biscayne Building" Transacts for $24.5 Million

The Biscayne Building in Downtown Miami sold Friday to developer Moishe Mana for $24.5 million. This fourteen-story, ninety-two year old office tower stands at the direct northwest corner of Miami Avenue and Flagler Street. Mana reportedly plans on renovating the historic building.
