Five Office Buildings near Miami International Airport Sell for over $68 Million

Ivy Realty purchased five office buildings of three and four stories on Friday for $68.25 million. The property consists of over 372,000 square feet of space and stands just across from the Miami International Airport. The asset was sold by DRA Advisors, and over $50 million in debt was borrowed to finance the sale.
