Dividend Capital Buys Suniland Shopping Center for $66.5 Million

Dividend Capital purchased the 98,000 square foot Suiland Shopping Center yesterday for $66.5 million from Terranova Corporation. This neighborhood shopping center was built in 1954 near the southeast corner of Dixie Highway and 112th Street in Pinecrest. CVS Pharmacy holds a lease on a portion of the property.
