On August 19th, Laurent Groll purchased 4.66 acres of land in Miami Gardens from William Webb for $3,100,000.

On August 22nd, Naser and Nancy Dakdouk purchased a 6,008 SF office property from ABC Workshop for $2,000,000 with $1,828,800 in new funding with Suntrust Bank.

On August 17th, Ramon, Irene & Esteban Madruga purchased a 114 unit, 3-story apartment complex for $6,700,000 with $5,025,000 in new funding with Eastern National Bank.

On August 23rd, F. Ronald Mastriana and Rotella Group purchased a 43,994 SF freestanding retail property from Ian Bacheikov for $3,300,000 with $1,000,000 in funding with Palm Beach Community Bank.
