Expansion Proposed for Broward Convention Center
On November 1st, The Broward County Commission introduced a Conceptual Site Plan at a public meeting to expand the Convention Center an additional 400,000 square feet to include a new Headquarter Hotel with 750 rooms and a new parking structure with an 652 spaces.

Commercial Land in Miramar Purchased for $2.8M
On November 1st, Paul Sallwasser purchased 2.25 acres of vacant commercial land in Miramar from US Century Bank for $2,800,000.

Multi-Tenant Office in Wellington Purchased for $6.75M
On October 31st, Stephanie Maltais purchased two single-story buildings totaling 32,864 square feet from Raju Shah for $6,750,000 with $3,287,000 in new funding with City National Bank of Florida.

Apartments in Miami Beach Purchased for $431K Per Unit
On November 3rd, Coinco Investments sold a 4-story building totaling 14,788 square feet with 19 apartment units for $8,200,000 with $6,040,000 in new funding with First National Bank of South Miami. According to the Notice of Commencement recorded with sale, the property will be converted and renovated.

On November 2nd, Yaniv Sananes purchased four single-story buildings totaling 56,968 square feet from LNR Partners for $13,500,000 with $9,000,000 in funding with BB&T.
