On December 21st, The Miami Planning Commission introduced a Rezoning Application for the development of a 192-unit mixed-use apartment complex totaling 295,814 square feet.

Vacant Land in Hialeah Purchased for $51M
On December 27th, Lennar Homes purchased 112.2 acres of vacant land in Hialeah from Dacar Management for $51,000,000.

Professional Center at Pembroke Sold for $21.36M
On December 23rd, Triarch Capital Group purchased four two-story buildings on 6.89 acres of land from Richard Gertz, Michael Listick, Joseph Cogen, Lee Cogen, Alan Cogen and Juditch Cogen for $21,360,000 with $13,975,000 in new funding with Accordia Life & Annuity Company.

On December 21st, Waring Family Trust purchased a 3-story motel and full service restaurant on 3.21 zcres of land from Marx Realty and The Benenson Capital Company for $7,176,793 with new loans of $4,675,000 and $1,750,000 with City National Bank of Florida.
