Mixed-Use Retail in Miami Beach Purchased for $12.5M
On January 6th, Kahlil Solaimanzadeh purchased one 3-story building totaling 19,582 square feet from Jenel Management Corporation for $12,500,000 with $9,000,000 in funding with RAIT Financial Trust. The ground floor retail is net-leased to "Charming Charlies" at time of sale.
