Historic Sadigo Court Hotel Sells for nearly $13 Million

Bay Harbor-based investors Blue Road purchased the Sadigo Court Hotel on Friday for just under $13 million. Seller Rod Eisenberg sold the property after 28 years of ownership.

This 30-unit hotel has stood just blocks from the Miami Beach shoreline since 1936. Nearby attractions include the Miami Beach Convention Center, and the Miami Beach Golf Club.
