Weingarten Realty Investors purchased the ±429,000 square foot Deerfield Mall for a total of $92.75 million. The Cornfeld Group sold the property in two transactions of $9 million and $86.75 million.
The Deerfield Mall is located at the southwest corner of Powerline Road and Hillsboro Boulevard in west Deerfield Beach. It was built in 1989 on 42.65 acres and was renovated in 2001.
