Sun Sentinel Deerfield Beach Office Sells for $25.5 Million

Gramercy Property Trust is the new owner of the 382,000 square foot Sun Sentinel Deerfield Beach office. The New York-based company purchased the distribution-intensive warehouse yesterday for $25.5 million from Tribune Real Estate. The property is located southwest of the I-95 and Hillsboro Boulevard, and includes a railroad spike.
